things i like to accomplish

within this year
1. get a good food franchise and start smoothly
2. pay all installments due (ang gastos magkaroon ng bahay, sana ginawa ko na lang museum muna, as in walang laman, pictures lang at kame)
3. lose 3 inches around my waist (goodluck, hilig kumain, walang exercise!)
4. learn how to drive
5. get promoted

next year
1. buy our own car
2. acquire another food or service franchise
3. redesign our kitchen
4. get a new job (depende yan kung mapopromote ako this year, pag hindi, babu!)

in five years time
1. put up a resto grill
2. put up a spa
3. get pregnant again (wishing for a girl)
4. buy another car

in ten years time
1. buy another house (bigger than 100sqm, either at pque - gusto ko talag yung 6M worth na asa lopez sa greenheights or makati)
2. retire, focus on established business for the past 10 years

well, yun lang naman ang gusto ko..sana mangyari..
